Merseyside Community Training Ltd (MCT) is a not-for-profit social enterprise that cares about Liverpool City Region and is ambitious for its future. MCT is based in Birkenhead and was originally established in 2016 with the primary intent to help the most disadvantaged people from the Wirral community.

 To date, MCT have secured a building to house other small social enterprises and aspiring entrepreneurs who share the ambition of working towards a sustainable environment through innovation and creativity. 

MCT look to support those most in need into employment, offer business start-up advice, facilitate training and work placements in partnership with the Department of Work & Pensions and Intermediate Labour Market teams across Liverpool City Region.

MCT aspires to change lives for the better through employment support and mentoring and will work for a sustainable future for the Liverpool City Region.
